There are a few ways to view this project:

  1. Dive right into the Figma file and explore on your own 👇

The Problem

Great Recruiters is a platform that allows individual recruiters and companies to create their profile to share with prospect talent, when the team brought me on — they had issues with individual recruiters completing their profile while onboarding. A few things to note that were requested to be required but never completed:

  1. Stronger passwords

  2. Easier email confirmation when signing up

  3. Services provided

  4. Uploading a profile photo

  5. Industry

The Solution

I reached the conclusion to break the onboarding into three simple steps to ease the user through required information while slowly showing the user their profile coming to life. Taking into consideration that 90% of users are using desktop.

The Outcome and Highlights

  1. Resulted in a decrease in 50% of Customer Success touch

  2. Worked directly with engineering to ensure product communication was accurately represented

  3. Onboarding account flow resulted in 25% more individual recruiter sign ups
